Does my child need cleats?
What if the weather is bad?
- The new “birth year” format will simplify team building so that each team is made up of one birth year with players being born between January 1 and December 31 of the same year.
How do I register?
- Links to any current camps or Academy Clinic are available on our home page.
- All team registration is done online via GotSoccer.
- All U7 and above teams will hold a tryout in June. Players for these teams will need to have confirmation from the coach to register.
- Tryouts are free and open to all players. Please go here for more information about tryouts and to pre-register.
What does my child need?
- Shin guards, a ball, and water bottle are required for all practices and games. The officials do a shin guard check before every game. Your child will not play if he/she does not have shin guards.
Does my child need cleats?
- Cleats are recommended, but not required. The only things that are required are shin guards and a ball.
What if the weather is bad?
- If lightning strikes, please take immediate shelter. All games and/or practices will be postponed a minimum of 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.
- For all ESC Clinics we will announce any cancellations via Facebook and an email to the coaches.
- Games held at Tiffany Springs, WMSL, Heartland, and all other locations will be left up to those running those field locations. We encourage you to sign up for text alerts through either NSA or WMSL.
- It is up to each coach to make the decision and email their teams if they cancel practice.
